As I head into my third weekend of incarceration in a Livingston County Jail, here are a few thoughts from my first weekend behind bars. (Spoiler alert: I found out that God's omnipresence means that Jesus is with me there as well.).

Tom and Marjorie Newlove were both involved with @thegideons. For their influence in my life, I've always appreciated the work of the Gideons. However, as I have learned more about the work of the Gideons over the years, my respect for their faithful work has only grown.
Last night, @RevJMcGuire, our director, was the featured speaker at @thegideons Schuyler-Yates Camp's Pastor Appreciation Banquet. He shared about the influence of Gideons like Mr. Tom Newlove and Mrs. Marjorie Newlove (auxiliary) in his Christian life.
