New York’s energy grid is quickly becoming strained as supply margins decrease while the state’s climate laws lead NY further down the path that jeopardizes reliability further. Continue to join my colleagues in our calls for more diverse portfolio of reliable & affordable energy.
State officials are banking on New York being the future of semiconductor research and manufacturing. While investments in the space give the state some juice, it stands to squeeze a lot too.

According to a recent report, New York is the state with the most expensive childcare costs. Ask any family with childcare needs, the financial burden is extreme. It’s a driving force behind the @NYS_AM “A Blueprint for Childcare (ABC) Plan”.

In 2024, only 9.7% of adolescent offenders arrested for a felony received a felony conviction. Raise the Age has eliminated consequences & enabled violence. Despite repeated calls for action, Albany Democrats refuse to fix the system they broke.

Nuclear energy is a proven, efficient, clean & safe energy generator. Oswego County is already home to three plants and the addition of a fourth nuclear energy plant would be strongly supported by many in the region, including myself.

As Assembly Republicans have repeatedly stated, New York needs to pump the brakes and reevaluate the state’s costly and misguided “green” climate lunacy. The current path is not only unsustainable, it will put the state’s energy grid at risk.
California will 'scale back' a landmark law, known as CEQA, because of its unintended impact on development & cost-inflating lawsuits. Is CA acknowledging that its environmental policies may have gone too far? And, will NY's CLCPA be next?.
