Great podcast and insights! Decolonising is not a methaphor / solely DEI. YES. For me, it has to be de-growth, downsizing, stopping. Ending the 'G.N' dominated graduate pipeline. Job losses. Its absolutely reparative, fundamentally anti-capitalist, and perhaps also spiritual.
