I reviewed @CreoleBauer‘s „The New Breadline“ & really liked it! It’s a „highly readable & important book about topics that really should not exist anymore: Hunger, malnutrition & the weaponization of food as some of the worst impacts of contemporary wars“

I really enjoyed reading @MustafaMarwan's humanitarian novel "Guns & Almond Milk"! "The novel retells the old story of humanitarianism with contemporary astuteness of how damaged & damaging the humanitarian project has become in the rubble of a hospital in Yemen"

Is there a better way to honor @fp2p's #globaldev blogging legacy than dedicating a farewell post to him & his amazing work?!? Happy retirement, Duncan, the digital development community will miss you!

Fantastic to finally meet Dan in person & discuss #globaldev topics with colleagues even if you are from @malmouni next door :)
Incredibly honored to have been invited to speak at @pol_LU @lunduniversity! The warm hospitality & outstanding feedback were a breath of fresh air in the often admin-heavy world of academia. An added bonus was interacting with a large group of #globaldev scholars this morning.
