I have a secondary Address proof for a different city (within state), where the bike is deliverable. I need flipkart's assistance with it for letting me place an order for the secondary address and then allowing the dealership to modify the address as per my requirements.

It has been more than 24 hours and I still haven't received my refund of INR 1,90,048 in my Bank. I hope you do realise that it is a hefty amount and I had already requested for an immediate response! @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @jagograhakjago

For some nonsensical reason, the order got cancelled and now I've been asked to wait for about a week to get my refund. My money is blocked, it is my Bday today, wanted to gift myself my dream bike and this is how I'm being treated my a renowned platform as @amazon @amazonIN

Previously when I asked for Policy cancellation, I was told that all the details have been verified and you are just waiting for my confirmation on the refund amount. Now when I finally agreed, @BajajAllianz you are finding new excuses to yet again deny the policy cancellation.

I'm already familiar with the terms of Deductions and the proposed rebate doesn't justify that. Cut back is more than 2X of what should've been as per Pro-Rata.

i have made it very clear that im never going to recommend Bajaj Allianz GIC to my Aquaintances and ask the existing ones to cancel their services with you on a mass scale.

It's 7th November 2023 as I write this, I have got no response whatsoever. I've gone through all of their Grievance Redressal E-mails, sent multiple of them, made phone calls on regular basis, everytime I was told that, "The matter is already escalated" & I'll be given resolution

•The Second time, I filed it on 12th October 2023; according to Bajaj Allianz GIC, they always send a Revert back to the Customer's E-mail within 24-48 hours and then start policy Cancellation process, which, post confirmation, takes around 7 to 15 days Here comes the twist

I have filed Policy Cancellation with all the required Documents and that too, two times! • The First time, I did it on 12th September 2023; they delayed it by more than 25 days and my Alternate Policy from Different Insurer got expired and I didn't get any #response till that.

• I asked to settle this here by asking them to update Vehicle Photos now, after that I have got it repaired, but I was told that it wasn't possible • Now, since this Policy wasn't worthwhile, I asked for a Cancellation request Now comes the new matter which is nutting me up.

Eventually, my Claim got #rejected & I got my #Car repaired in Cash. • I complained at IRDAI, but it didn't help. • I have, on multiple occasions asked Bajaj Allianz GIC for my Phone Call Recordings with my Sales Agent, but they always have been ignoring that. #insuranceclaim
