Our research shows anandamide in blood has biomarker functions in Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome. It not only captures early stage fibrosis progression in lung but also informs on therapeutic effect for CB1R antagonism.This may help to design effective anti-fibrotic therapy @CureHPS.

Congrats to @pommerollelenny and @ctm_dijon team for this impactful work! This work not only endorsed CD206 expressing macrophages as a profibrotic macrophages in progressive #pulmonaryfibrosis but also elegantly provides an imaging tool to use biomarker function of CD206 imaging.
