Fun fact: my degree (history) plays a huge role in what I write. Eg, my dissertation was on how autocracies control music/use it as propaganda and this also happens to be a major theme in Demon on Wheels. Can't wait to bring this one into the querying trenches early 2026 🚂.

Don’t think I’m going to finish draft 2 before I go on holiday this Thursday (unless I don’t sleep 🙃) but hopefully it means draft 3 will be much easier bc I already did lots of prose tightening alongside dev edits🤞.
