As I was getting my morning read in, I saw a news story about Botswana and IMF that reminded me of something I have been loathe to admit. A lot of things I chucked as conspiracy theories are not so far-fetched now. History, patterns, and conflict prove the theories right.

Africans never cease to amaze me. They believe the Europeans travelled thousands of miles, battled tse tse flies, mosquitoes and lived through the dry weather conditions in order to show them the way to heaven. They did all these just to access your resources and minerals.

One idea I know for a fact will scale and be sustainable is a solution to the housing discrimination single women face. Whether it is an app or whatever, anything that can allow these women get houses without discrimination from landlords or agents will thrive in this country.
