I spend way too much time scrolling and I finally have something to help me curate my Twitter intake - an excellent app by @tjburns08! Great write up of the motivation behind it and it’s going to be useful for most Twitter users.
I made a "map view" of the news using an AI language model (all-mpnet-base-v2) and UMAP. It pulls and maps tweets from various news sources daily. My goal is to make checking the news more efficient and to show connections between stories. Check it out!
