A1) Personally it is to "lock-in". The neophyte stage of my new position in game design is over and I'm ready to produce some results. We have talented students, and I'm looking forward to having them enter state level competitions revolving around our curriculum.

This is inspiring! So many people outside of the education profession ask how we make it through. Being the person I had/needed at such a pivotal time makes it all worthwhile. #edchatafterdark
We have the ability in high school to walk them to the front door of life. "Real world" examples should be what we are doing all day every day. #edchatafterdark @realJearl @MrLeonard8

@realJearl @Ed_LaRose A4: Just from personal experience we all have FOMO over what could have been directly after high school. I went to college, but I often wonder if the business idea I wanted to pursue would have worked out. #edchatafterdark

I fully agree that the process begins before graduation year. I think planning and early preparation play a factor as well. The ride is smooth when all of the ducks are already in a row 🙌🙌
@realJearl @Ed_LaRose @2020FLTOY @Dr_WhiteEdu @DrDorinaEbuwa A1; I think it’s about relationships, how have we built the relationships with kids throughout the four years together, so that if they need help with a problem they feel comfortable asking questions and having a dialogue with their educator or supervisors #edchatafterdark
