Every time I see one of these “we sent 30000 fake resumes to employers” studies i get extremely upset on behalf of the 1) companies that had to deal with them 2) jobseekers who were negatively impacted
Interesting! These authors wanted to know which aspects of the college experience give recent graduates a leg up in the job market. So they ran an experiment. In it, they sent 37,000 fictitious resumes to employers and randomized multiple aspects of the college experience.
