It's a bit of a funky ecosystem - you need to implement an MCP server, act as an OAuth provider, and work within OpenAI's iframe Gadget handles all of this out of the box Also check out @harrybrundage's blog post for more ChatGPT app ecosystem details https://t.co/KYP3mU2Lq5

The businesses that my generation will build will be embedded in ChatGPT. @gregisenberg gave me the idea to build an AI health concierge ChatGPT app. I built this demo with @gadget_dev in ≈3 hours.

Built another @ChatGPTapp app, this time in React! Comes with many improvements from the @gadget team: updated MCP, data multi-tenancy, a homegrown Vite plugin for HMR, and new tooling that lets me make auth'd requests without going through an (exceptionally slow) tool call

Wrote up a tutorial to match the video We've already made changes to HTTP route and MCP setup, but the widget code and tool calls are the same Coming up next: converting to use our Vite plugin so we can build in React (and take advantage of HMR!) https://t.co/AxBj4pDbiM

MCP server setup in the template has been updated to use Streamable HTTP (instead of Server-Sent Events) Our Vite plugin is also up and running so I'll be adding in support for building in React soon!

Ditto. @gadget_dev 35$ plan includes a 3 node, high availability PG cluster (aside from the million non-database features the plan includes). A must for the 1000+ apps/integrations we power for the biggest brands on Shopify.

i’m actually stunned that high availability is an enterprise feature on other Postgres hosts. for $39/mo we give you a 3 node, multi AZ Postgres cluster with automatic failovers.
