IMO, the reason why 11 a.m. crowds are often less rowdy isn't because of the time, it's because of the weather. For most of the season, 11 a.m. games in College Station are SWELTERING. We'll have no such problem on Dec. 20.

I'm actually fine with the current @CFBPlayoff format, because it makes the regular season still matter a great deal. Lose one game? You're probably still fine. Lose two? You may need some help. Lose three? Almost certainly done. That's the way it should be.
