My brother is lactose intolerant. Growing up, heโd get itchy, painful, bleeding wounds all over his body and nothing worked. A specialist finally figured it out & we switched him to lactose-free milk, cleared everything. The milk no sweet sha, so he still buys regular ones ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
How do you people know you are Lactose intolerant? How do you even know you are allergic to anything? I am asking because I eat everything except things I donโt like.
