.@O2 are an absolute disgrace! Failed to deliver my new iPhone. DPD apparently returned it to sender. It's been 2 weeks, I'm already paying for it & no one can tell me where it is or send me another. The online support is also dreadful. 🆘

Just had an order cancelled by @houseoffraser saying product is out of stock. Yet it is still being sold on the website for £7 more than I paid. 🤔 Seems like they just don’t want to fulfil it at the lower price! 😳
