In the podcast you mentioned that the CMF was informed by some international examples (sorry, I can't remember the exact wording) and I was wondering if you could list some of the countries they looked at.

I was perplexed by this, since many high-performing countries heavily emphasize homework, tracking in younger grades, competitive testing, after-school instruction/tutoring, so I asked Brian about it recently. He said that Japan, South Korea and Estonia were mentioned.
