I reverse engineered mcdonald's internal api and I'm currently placing an order worth $18,752 every minute at every mcdonald's in the US to figure out which locations have a broken ice cream machine https://t.co/2KsRwAdrMd

I don't know about you guys, but I genuinely enjoy reading Bill Ackman's long, rambling tweets where he begs random politicians reply to him It reminds me that extremely wealthy people can still be pathetic losers
I spoke to someone who knows @CurtisSliwa and now I understand why he is staying in the race. The City has an 8 to 1 matching program for NYC donors. Sliwa got ~$5m of matching funds from the city for his campaign. According to my source, Sliwa’s wife, friends and others are

Here's what's happening here: – Israel collects taxes from Palestinians – Under Oslo, Israel is required to transfer that money to the PA – Smotrich has unilaterally decided not to do that – In effect, Israel has stolen $600M from Palestinians and is strangling the WB economy
Israel's government began withholding unprecedented funds from the Palestinian Authority in June. The security cabinet seemingly never discussed the move – it was led by far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich alone | @nati_tucker

The West has many terribly incompetent "diplomats" but Baerbock undoubtedly takes the cake: I don't think she's done a single visit to China without publicly trashing the country in the press right before, and this time is no exception. Honestly: who does that? Even my 5-year

Will we hold Jay Jones to the most basic standards??? We teach our children to use persuasion to sort out disagreements, not threats of violence. Certainly not death wishes! My new ad. With @CatholicVote: “If we want a better future, it starts with better examples”

this data is not public, so I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share it, but I guess by now everyone kind of guessed which direction it was going in after they sold to PE

I didn't believe this until I just checked for myself. Fewer questions are being posted on Stackoverflow than when it was first launched in 2008. Insane.
We initially thought this was a meme and/or fake post to mock StackOverflow. We checked the statistics (which now require 25,000+ reputation), and this is indeed accurate. StackOverflow is bleeding to death.

I want to see an american manager wake up at 4 am, deal with a 12h time zone difference, just so they can save their billion dollar tech company a measly $25/h
Many high paid WFH jobs are at risk because once a manager learns remote-work techniques they eventually see a $15 an hour person in Manila do the work of a $40 an hour American--on the same Slack instance! Then they go "wow!" & ship work to gig platforms Not all work obviously

I interned at mckisney on a team turning around a struggling women's fashion retailer, none of us had ever worked in fashion before
Noticed that McKinsey has a special talent in producing talent that will present themselves as the smartest folks in the room even when they have no clue what they are talking about. What is the most ridiculous thing you’ve seen a McKinsey consultant say/do?

GDPR and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency have decimated more small business jobs than any policy change in the last decade. All in an attempt to inflict pain on Facebook by a handful of privacy absolutists in Cupertino & Brussels.

I did this when I was 16-19. I once calculated that I got about ~11k in flights reimbursed during that time. Basically saw the world for free as a teenager.
has anyone made a career of just jumping from one web3 hackathon to another, traveling the world and paying for their expenses and lifestyle with hackathon prizes? seems like it would be fun...

for the longest time I've made fun of people who would pay $30 a month for email but unfortunately I've had to painfully experience that superhuman is actually worth it
