With content sites there are basicly 3 things you can do to increase your profit:
👉 Increase traffic (higher rankings, more content, new traffic channels)
👉 Increase RPM (more ad units on page, new ad networks as Adsense pays very little
👉 Add paid feuture (paywall, etc)

SBA Loans are a great way to buy a business with very little down. (You can get up to a 5M SBA loan with as little as 10% down to buy a business).
But remember SBA interest rates are variable, I took an SBA loan in 2018, the interest rate was 6%, today I am paying 10%.
