I had a great time working at Cloudflare Research and contributing to this project, and I'm excited for further collaborations between our group @ucsc @BaskinEng and @Cloudflare.

The data shows a global view of TCP anomalies passively observed from @Cloudflare's global network. This not only sheds light on common Internet failures, but also highlights intentional blocking! . Kudos to @lukevalenta for perfecting the deployment on @CloudflareRadar.
