A workshop was organized in #PAGASIA2025 "Transcriptomics in Deciphering Biological Pathways" on 20th March 2025. The focus was on crops @icarindia @INbpgr medicinal and perennial trees @DBTIndia @nmpb1 wherein the pathways/key regulatory genes are deciphered using RNA Seq.
