Tons of novel findings as it’s the first true population study of MI causes in the young 🔴 Men have 4x the MI incidence 😳 🔴 Women MI more likely to be nonathero than athero - driven by SDM and SCAD - but athero still the single commonest cause ☝️athero important in women
