@zomato @zomatocare Thikana (Hinjewadi) has clearly shown that they don't care about @zomato at all. They did not bother to pick up calls from @zomato @deepigoyal and the support executive was helpless. Such restaurants should be blacklisted from Zomato otherwise it seems Zomato is in mix with them.

@zomato 6/6 @zomatocare @zomato you need to fix this! Either ensure restaurants honor bookings or stop offering this half-baked reservation service. Customer trust isn't something you can just brush off with a "sorry" 🤷♂️.

@zomato 5/6 PSA: Think twice before making any restaurant reservations through Zomato. Their "booking service" is meaningless if restaurants can just deny you entry. Save yourself the embarrassment and time waste. #CustomerService #FoodApp #zomato.

4/6 Wait, it gets better. Zomato's solution? They just cancelled my reservation and said "sorry" - no compensation, no alternative options, nothing! Left high and dry on a dinner night. Thanks for nothing @zomato 👎

1/6 Heads up! Just had a terrible experience with a Zomato restaurant booking. Reached the restaurant (Thikana) on time for my reservation, only to be turned away at the door. Restaurant claimed they don't hold Zomato reservations at all! 🚫 #ZomatoFail.

It's sad to see such talent has to move out of India to thrive and gov of India isn't even remotely interested in addressing this issue. It would be shame if @AravSrinivas leaves citizenship of India for USA.
