Today the legal profession has been disgraced by one of his members. Such incidents that too in the Supreme Court that too with CJI are unpardonable. I hope the concerned advocate is punished to the fullest extent of law. No mercy.

Did you know? In the landmark judgment Chanmuniya v. Virendra Kr. Singh Kushwaha, the SC ruled that a woman in a live-in relationship resembling marriage can claim maintenance under S.125 CrPC,even without formal marriage, if the relationship is stable and socially acknowledged.
