Today the legal profession has been disgraced by one of his members. Such incidents that too in the Supreme Court that too with CJI are unpardonable. I hope the concerned advocate is punished to the fullest extent of law. No mercy.

If you're interested in recent arrest-related rulings, check out Vihaan Kumar v. State of Haryana (2025), where the hon'ble SC denounced illegal arrest practices. It deemed handcuffing inhumane and the failure to disclose arrest grounds a breach of Articles 21 and 22. 👇

Did you know? In the landmark judgment Chanmuniya v. Virendra Kr. Singh Kushwaha, the SC ruled that a woman in a live-in relationship resembling marriage can claim maintenance under S.125 CrPC,even without formal marriage, if the relationship is stable and socially acknowledged.

Another addition to the long list of misleading headlines. This type of headlines can create panic in the society. The court has reiterated the settled law. If the seller doesn't have a saleable right then any registered sale deed executed by him would be improper and hence not

Did you know there's a provision in the CrPC known as habeas corpus? It's quite significant, and there are several key judgments related to it. If you'd like more information or want to discuss it further, feel free to comment I’ll share the details!

It went like this. Few missed getting clicked but we all came together and we all laughed, shared, and most importantly we all grew together. Nothing could be more true than the phrase your network is your net worth.

The SC in Ivan Rathinam v. Milan Joseph upheld that a child born during a valid marriage is legally presumed to be the husband’s, even if the wife’s extramarital affair is proven. This reinforces S.112 of the IEA, preserving family sanctity and protecting children’s legitimacy.
