Have to mention Irene from today’s Vaisakhi event - this amazing lady spent 16 months in India and lived 6 of those with a Sikh family in Amritsar - there in 1966 she was given a Kara (on of the sacred 5 Ks) and she had kept it on ever since! #respect @vaisakhildn @DefenceSikhNW
