Personally, I think it would be much more helpful if KD addressed Australian law and the arguments being put forward for this specific case. Everything related to this case is available online (not sure if KD is aware of that?).

KD then concludes by stating that “(t)his case should not be happening”. I mean maybe, maybe not? . However, KD has not presented any legal arguments as to why not.

KD refers to what she *has been told* about the appeal. To me, this suggests KD didn’t watch/listen to the proceedings and has not read the submissions

KD then talks about the Giggle v Tickle case but never addresses any of the legal arguments put forward, or the legal framework in Australia, but instead talks about how the case was “bizarre”.

Maybe KD is unaware that Sall declined to participate in the AHRC conciliation processes? . But given that Sall declined to participate, I‘m not sure how KD ascertained what conciliation was offered?

KD states that “the (Australian Human Rights Commission) offered conciliation between the parties, one condition of which was that Grover would agree to undergo “sex and gender reeducation” and allow men who claim to have woman “gender identities” to use the app. She refused.”.

Sall also stated in 2020 that “transitioned trans women are welcome”

where she spoke of “work(ing) with trans girls” to avoid “any hurtful misgendering”.

KD says that “At the time (2020), (Sall) had no idea that there were men who call themselves women and demand that everyone on the planet agree that they’re women”. I have no idea how KD came to that conclusion. Sall gave an interview *at the time* (2020). .

I read this article by @KDansky. I was a little surprised that KD (a lawyer) weighed in on a case with which she doesn’t really seem to be familiar. However I’m more surprised that as a lawyer, KD didn’t actually offer any legal arguments to support Sall Grover's case 🧵.
