Update: @atherenergy Andheri SC now says entire battery needs to be replaced due to “moisture” issue. New one costs ₹35,000. @tarunsmehta TIL Ather batteries can allegedly die due to “moisture”. WHAT?
There seems to be zero co-ordination between Ather's social media team, Bangalore HQ team, Mumbai's area service manager, and the service center itself. Almost 10 days and my "Series 1" scooter stands dead, and Ather's only sending assurances that aren't fulfilled. @tarunsmehta

Been two months since I got this repaired from @gamelootindia. Not only was my issue fixed, they even replaced the worn out thumbsticks which I didn't ask for! Amazing!!! Controller is working (and looking) just like new. Two 👍🏼👍🏼
