Generally speaking animated, audio visual or dynamic/interactive artwork are less popular than static/still and kinda undervalued, except for certain styles like XCOPY glitches etc. I personally hope to see them gaining more appreciation since they play off digital medium well.

Important tweet. I have thought about this for a long while and mentioning it to a few. Ive seen a lot of growing pain in our digital art scene; good artists complaining about collectors supporting same old people forever or their lack of good taste/good collectors complaining.
Everybody is in such a hurry, they want digital art to be recognized but only the right digital art, they want sophisticated collectors but it’s been only a few years since many participants have been exposed. These things take time to mature. Patience is needed.
