I have been telling people that this is the most significant money grab for real estate developers. Well, who will insure it if sea levels are on the rise or there is a nice earthquake? I can’t wait to see the budget for this one, Joel. Oh, a reminder of the budget deficit.

If @JoelEngardio respected Sunset voters, he would not have gone behind their backs and written this prop himself. This means you really did not hear the concerns, so stop making it about yourself. @MHurabiell @markdfabela @JimmyFoles @AbbyNormalSF @alanburradell @RecallEngardio.
I respect the views of Sunset voters who opposed Prop K. We won’t agree 100% on every issue. But I always want to hear the concerns of my constituents and work to address them. I’ve already talked to hundreds of residents the past month. What I’m hearing loud and clear is a need.
