KYC in the context of banks in India (Local and Global) essentially means KNOWN YET CLUELESS. RBI should stop this charade as Banks know nothing about the customers and actually people who design and run the systems are quite clueless.

I don't know why people keep saying 'New Normal'. In order to be normal we should not have any deviations - so new normal is an oxymoron. So lets just say we are living in an era of uncertainty and we will experience abnormal behaviour and patterns.
