Since morning, we have called that courier guy multiple times and he is not picking up the calls. Will @delhivery will take the responsibility of my goods which i've sent to my friend?? If this kind of staff you had then there is no guarantee product which i've sent.

This is the kind of service @delhivery has, like they don't even check whom they are giving their operations to handle with and have this kind of staff is very disappointing. I will never use delhivery.

The courier guy didn't pick up call after that and when she searched on google for delhilvery in his locality, and reaches to location then for almost 2 hours she kept finding office and asked 20 people around but everybody denied that for any delhivery office in locality.

She says "Mein bhar hu, please aap mujhe address bhej dijiye". Courier Guy replies "Nahi de skte, courier chaiye toh aake le lo varna fir nahi milega" that was his words, seriously. She again asked him to send because she couldn't write it and he cuts the call.

I sent courier to my friend using @delhivery and experienced horrible experience. The courier guy calls my friend and says " he could'nt come due to wrong address so if you want the courier then come to office and pick it up". A thread.
