Day 7 of the rental. The backup screen continued to not turn on. @enterprisecares continued to not care about renting out non code compliant vehicles. Despite their cares team saying in a message that someone will reachout. No one has.
Update: DM'ed details to @enterprisecares. They forwarded the details to regional/local office. 24 hrs and still no follow-up. Meanwhile the car backup camera screen failed for 4th day in a row during afternoon. Seems the "care" is only in @enterprisecares handle, not in real.
