All I know is why I disappear for more than 48 hours I don’t get revered upon return, I get told “you have a problem” and “you need to stop drinking tequila”.
The year is 2038. The consciousness of Buck Martinez has been uploaded to the SportsNet database. Vladimir Guerrero Jr is still playing for the Blue Jays. He hits into a season-ending double play.
Buck: The thing you have to remember is he’s only 39 years old.
Dan: Yup
*giant meteor hits the stadium*
Dan: this is pretty rare
Buck: yeah this happens a lot, sometimes a big rock falls from the sky and you just have to rebuild the whole stadium. It’s pretty common.
Sources say that this quote from ex-Blue Jay (1989-1991) Mookie Wilson was posted in the locker room yesterday, and greatly contributed to the Jays overcoming their offense slump last night.
More as it develops

It’s not “unvaccinated players can’t play in Toronto” it’s “unvaccinated players can’t enter Canada” in the same way “unvaccinated Blue Jays can’t enter the United States”
To be clear: This is not just a Red Sox thing. Teams across baseball, sources say, are concerned with the ramifications of unvaccinated players not being allowed to play in Toronto. If the rules don't change, they could offer a significant competitive advantage for the Blue Jays.
Not sure why ohtani would choose to sign in LA and drive 90 minutes To work when he could sign in Toronto, live in Guelph, and just take the Go Train for the same amount of time.
@JonHeyman
Why is this still being painted as a one way street. Even if Canada waived that requirement, non-American players still need to be vaccinated to return to the US.
Blue Jays playing so bad that it's owners Rogers decided to turn everything off, wait 30 seconds, and turning it back on to see if that will fix them.
