Indian doctors in the US beware and start acting now. Pakistani and Chinese fake accounts are inciting MAGA and others in America against Indian doctors. They are spreading fear, uncertanity, doubt about Indian doctors saying "they are killing people with negligence." It doesn't.

The problem with the liver doctor isnt that he is ‘wrong’. Frankly, its hard to establish right in medical science, and ‘established’ medical science has had it rough by changing its tune far too often on what is ‘right’ on key issues. (Re: MAHA as we speak). This is not to say.
This "doctor" spends his day rage-baiting on twitter and getting scolded by accomplished individuals. 🤣. Such a clown! 🤡

Crazy if true,. But pharmacological interventions on ‘sin’ are likely bad. Intuition is not wrong. Refer Brave New World and the history of Technological interventions on excesses.
The discourse on Ozempic's general suppression of urges and impulsive behavior beyond overeating (gambling, nail-biting, use of addictive substances, etc.) is super interesting. I think we're fundamentally unsettled by the idea that we could medically remediate sin.

But in all fairness, OP is somewhat right. Most people have realised its unfairly easy to start a podcast, but unreasonably difficult to keep it running (whether financially or in people’s attention).

The key difference is: the audience does not operate in a perfect free choice market. The audience is captive to what the platform recommends. And platform interests are not the same as creator interests.

Its so intellectually stunted to compare Nikhil, billionaire entrepreneur investor, to Raj for eg, trying to make a living through podcasting. One has no imperative to entertain day in and day out. The other has to entertain to put food on the table for a 100 people. No.
The podcast gold rush seems to be fading now. Same guests, format and attention fatigue. Views are declining on YouTube episodes. Maybe not the end of podcasts but feel only those with originality, new formats and trust will survive. One of the biggest reasons the WTF podcast.

Life is so unpredictable. you go for a vacation, and terrorists shoot you. You go to a trophy parade and it ends in a stampede. You go in a flight for work/vacation, and it crashes. You are studying in your hostel, and the plane falls on you.
