The Providence College community is invited to a 4:30 p.m. Mass in St. Dominic Chapel today, Friday, Oct. 12, in memory of Augustus Cardello, a 19-year-old sophomore from Westport, Conn., who died during the night in his residence hall room.
A $2 million gift from trustee William F. Concannon ’77 and Claudia Concannon will establish a $1 million endowment for the Concannon Fitness Center and a $1 million scholarship fund to close the financial gap for underrepresented students.
