This is my farewell post. I am not deleting this account, as I don’t want to lose the archive, and I don’t want my name taken by imposters. But, for as long as Musk owns the platform, I’ll no longer use it. I’m now posting at https://t.co/Ks8LIz0Qmt. Since Elon Musk bought this

The UK Biobank (UKB) has been an amazing field changing resource for the past decade. Unfortunately, and very suddenly, they have decided that to work with their data you now *must* use their “Research Analysis Platform” (RAP). @uk_biobank I guess there have been general warning

All the individuals from the @uk_biobank have now been sequenced, right? Does anyone know if there is a plan to replace the BGEN imputed data of 90M variants by a subset of the sequenced data?

Honestly, all this formatting bullshit that we have to do for papers will make me quit publishing one day.. 😩

🗽{pixelart} allows one to create pixelized versions of images in #rstats. I "hacked" the package to eliminate extra lines and then save the image. Cropping is taken into account when saving. 🔗 https://t.co/3X7p9xzkTl 📦 https://t.co/7N14wJbNQc by @privefl
