Listen to everyone,but what u think is right as a founder . Because as a founder you are aacountable for everything.
As your company/project grows : consensus decisions generally are not right. I always strive to get everyone's input and consider every angle but at the end of the day I make the final call. opinions are easier to ignore when they are outsider opinions but imagine your internal.
