@Inflowpay mantra next year : Action produces information!!
Brian Armstrong's best advice for a pre-product/market fit startup âIf youâre pre-product/market fit, the best advice that I have from that period is: action produces information. Just keep doing stuff.â He borrows this from Paul Graham who said: âStartups are like sharks. If

storytelling is the ultimate compression algorithm for human attention. everything else, data, logic, tech feeds into it, but if you canât wrap it in a compelling narrative, nobody will give a shit. people think they make decisions based on facts, but theyâre mostly responding to
Storytelling is one of the most underrated skills in tech. Everyoneâs building. Few can explain why it matters.

We'll soon move into a job market where submitting your resume or cold email spamming efficacy drops to near 0%. Only real way to stand out will be to ship something in the real world - useful apps, open source, insightful tweets, etc. Only way we know you love building is if
Agency > Intelligence I had this intuitively wrong for decades, I think due to a pervasive cultural veneration of intelligence, various entertainment/media, obsession with IQ etc. Agency is significantly more powerful and significantly more scarce. Are you hiring for agency? Are

Crypto cards; A hot take I've been using those little fuckers since 3+ years, hence I am entitled to an opinion - here it is. đł@holyheld The first non custodial card afaik, and my first venture into this space. Loved it, but over time they introduced FX fees for non EU

Tell a merchant that they can make passive income the MOMENT theyâve collected payment from their customers is more impactful than enabling them to accept crypto.

Thatâs the biggest issue with crypto payments: pushing the narrative âwe accept stablecoinsâ too hard to sound cool for retail. You donât need that. Stablecoins are a platform to finance transactions and connect any rails but the truth is, no one outside our space actually cares.
This is Circleâs (and most stablecoin issuersâ) problem. There is currently no obvious value proposition here for a merchant in a developed economy to take stables. Letâs look at why.

4/ Avoid the word "better" at all costs. ⢠A "better" financial plan ⢠A "better" way to live ⢠A "better" workout plan ⢠Etc. "Better" implies incremental improvement. Instead, aim for DIFFERENT. And then be specific about what that difference is.
