Every 50+ women in my family has spine issues/knee issues or both.
When I look at older women in the West, I’m always struck by how much importance they give to self care, health, wellbeing, investing time to nurture themselves. Then I think of Indian women- our mothers , grandmothers, a generation that poured every bit of themselves +.
