Problem with EC's Bihar SIR is its top-down approach. It's at odds with EC:s facilitator image, where voter is star, not a petitioner. In 2023 EC used smart non-intrusive tech to clean rolls, resulting first time in a 18 lakh drop. My clmn #StateofPlay.
