I personally know multiple people around the country who, energized by Zohranās primary win, went to their local chapterās āDSA 101ā and were completely turned off by the incoherence and lack of clear strategy. Nationally standardizing 101 materials would help sooooo much
@postlexical Agree. And to your original point, basic competence at the chapter level on stuff like meeting facilitation and new member orientation is probably the biggest thing keeping membership numbers down imo. National should be leading the charge on training & standardization
