I made a ternary color coded version of soda-pop-coke dialect map. Here's my RGB version and Katz's original. Inspired by https://t.co/vo4Nvo2vFI from @ikashnitsky and @jschoeley.

Here's my CMY version of the soda-pop-coke dialect map. The legend differs from @ikashnitsky's mainly because it was easier just to put all the points on a ternary plot and it didn't look terrible.

@LingSocAm @LaymansLinguist @mappingmashups @pop_vs_soda Can we get a study going to find out where in the US a frown is considered "a downturned mouth" and where it's considered "a furrowed brow"? According to the comments here, various parts of the US understand it differently
