If this post is true, Judge Woodall is in urgent need of training before hearing anymore cases regarding any kind of abuse of children. Every view of those images is a criminal offence. When did grieving &COPD become an excuse for child abuse?.

A step in the right direction which was no doubt hard won. I’m questioning why clergy retain their right not to testify though? Surely that could weaken a case if that testimony is an essential aspect of the evidence. Transparency is needed in its entirety!.

This is an appalling injustice. Cooper is a risk to children and I want to know when judges are going to wake up to the reality of the devastation and impact of this type of crime.

We somehow find a way to survive abuse in childhood and have to keep finding ways to have our voices heard in adulthood. When will survivors be given the respect and justice we are entitled to? Survivors will not give up so the clergy need to give in!.
Yet another reminder that, unfortunately, survivors must be persistent. .
