Overrated. You could learn around 70-90% of this before finishing high school, just by grinding Codeforces and USACO (and CSES, and etc.).
It takes ~50 hours to beat a good RPG videogame, say, Hollow Knight or Legend of Zelda BOTW. It takes ~200 hours to read CLRS and understand a fair amount of it decently. So, if you just gave up 4 videogames and read CLRS instead, you could teach yourself algorithms

Forget about the von Neumann algebra formulation (for now). Work on hyperlinear groups. Look at partial disproved results on weaker statements of the Connes Embedding Problem. Formulate quantum strategies and show the existence of lower bound and upper bound approx algo.

The best thing you can to do right now is to “realistically give up” and go to sleep. I mean, not giving up in the full sense, but just… at least pause the pipe dream for now. Get back to sleep, eat, and work. There are things to be done. Seminars to be talked. Ah… so much work
