Well, the @RTEsport commentary team should hang their heads in shame! That was a spectacular performance by an astounding athlete, and a well deserved medal! Finke & Paltrinieri were both out of this world, but that doesn't and shouldn't detract from Wiffen's amazing achievement!

10 mins after receiving a forwarded message that the staffing and SET allocations were released at 11pm last night, the department website has crashed. Presumably cuz principals across the country took time out of their BH weekend to check how their school had fared... #edchatie

.@rte can still go and "do one" after the summer scandal. But I've a 3-yo who preferentially requests the Julia Donaldson adaptations As Gaeilge. So until they're all translated, I'll happily stump up the licence fee. If only I could insist it all went to @TG4TV/@Cula4_TG4!..

(worth noting, I'm used to seeing reports that recommend laptop, but go into no further detail. This one outlines screen size, RAM/Storage, OS, even carry case). Kudos to the practitioner for that, but still - why windows?

OT report clearly describes requirements for AT, but I'm fascinated by the overreliance on (expensive) Windows & office365, rather than a cloud device eg Chromebook which can access free word processor, spreadsheet programme, etc. Thoughts, @simonlewis @PrimEdTeacher? #edchatie

Fair comment. Though the "pay cut" issue would still be an issue. Contracts are set at the drawing up. Except it seems this contract was signed retrospectively, and also possibly didn't include figures(!)
