We couldn't agree more!. It's so easy to check your plasmid sequence, just send us a mini-prep and for £10 we will give you the sequence of your entire plasmid. You will get the results fast too! Well worth it to avoid something like this 🥺.
Spent a year creating 12 stable cell lines for a major experiment, only to find a huge duplication in the original plasmid sequence. Time to trash everything and start from scratch. Please sequence plasmids fully, even if they come from Addgene!.

Couldn't agree more!. It's £10 to get the sequence of your entire plasmid and all you need to do is send us a mini-prep.
