Can't agree with the last part. In many policy areas the horse has bolted - trying to reduce US dependence whether in currency markets, technology, food etc.
H200 into China market increases Chinese labs’ long term dependency risks and puts pressure on Huawei, Moore Threads, Cambricon etc. It also extends Jensen’s dominance which has been a pillar for the stock market. Trump is smarter than you think.

👇Even arch- Brexiteers admit: Where we've landed was never envisioned & is sub- optimal. 👉So toxic remains the subject we dare not debate improving Brexit. 👉Worth recalling - Boris, Farage, David Frost & Dan Hannan all argued to stay in the SINGLE MARKET & CUSTOMS UNION.

Extraordinary words by Sir John Major on #Brexit at LSE last night: 🧵 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 1. “In an act of collective folly, the United Kingdom voted to lead to European Union across the world, our enemies celebrated and our friends despair.” “We left Europe on a minority vote of 37% of

#IBMPartner: IBM has a killer plan to scale their quantum computers. I recently spoke with Jay Gambetta, Director of @IBM Research and IBM Fellow, and he broke down IBM's three-front strategy: Front 1: No More Noisy Computers IBM invented a new error correction code called

I live in China, where the police are seen as friendly nieghbors. What would it take for the US police force to end its assault on their own people?

If the oil conglomerates want to try & save their obsolescent business model by selling hydrogen to their captive customers instead of petrol/diesel then let THEM pay for & build hydrogen infrastructure! See you billions & decades later while we just switch to #BEV anyway. 😎

You can see why markets are worried. They already believe that the chancellor is effectively vetoed from cutting spending by her own party. Now they're starting to get the fear that she's also being vetoed from raising taxes in a credible manner. Somewhat astonishing really

With many parties in play, are we close to a point where everyone sees some benefit? Could it happen. I do feel we'd be a lot better off with broader representation
Nigel Farage could be PM "on a really small share of the vote", Ed Davey says The Lib Dem leader tells @bbcnickrobinson he'd like to "work with the government" on electoral reform Listen to #PoliticalThinking in full on @BBCSounds 🎧 https://t.co/QROUXc9ghx

Last week I shared our recent arXiv paper detailing the world’s largest entangled state, with 120 qubits at 56% fidelity with a shot-retention rate of 28%, run on Heron R2 ibm_aachen. Now, with our new Heron R3 ibm_boston, we established a new record GHZ state on 140 qubits at

budget could be a gift for conservatives IMO - may open up a new space which can distinguish from reform,if they are capable of taking it. The battle for labour will be to demonstrate changes are justified, fair, progressive & lead to results , and to avoid left leakage to greens
