Awful experience in @IKEAUK Cardiff today. No common sense from the customer service team and very unhelpful. Service centre says one thing, store something different.

At least @GWRHelp marketing messages are accurate, although not the picture. Going Paddington to Cardiff (just over 2hrs). Instead, our ‘adventure’ took us from Paddington-Bristol Parkway-bus to Newport-train from Newport to Cardiff. What an ‘adventure’, all 4.5hrs of it
