Farewell to Duane Eddy, a great man who created a unique guitar sound. We final met years after I played ‘Because They’re Young’ as my theme tune hundreds of times. Very gracious , warm and kind.

Devastated, so shocked and sad. One of the most hard working, entertaining and talented jocks. Arrived at 9am for a 2pm show. He put his heart and soul into The Big Show. We were good buddies. He was generous, funny, warm, loyal. One of the all time great broadcasters. Love you♥️.
