So my nephewβs in Phuket, flights due back Saturday 28th. Government are saying fly back now but @British_Airways are being very unhelpful! Β£1500 to change!! Come on BA bring our kids home whatever it takes!!! My poor sister is tearing her hair out, he might be there for months!
