We are very sad to announce the passing of RPD Dax who crossed the rainbow bridge today. Dax had a huge heart (like his ears!) and worked very hard as a GP in Thames Valley for 8 years. He spent his retirement surrounded by love (both human and spaniel form!). RIP Dax 💙🐾

Good news, pals! My temperature is back down to 38.2! Continue paracetamol for the next few days. Vet said another dog had been in with the same symptoms so possibly a virus. I’m still a bit subdued but hopefully I’ve turned a corner. Thank you for the hundreds of well wishes!

Get well soon Wilson!
Not a good day for me, pals. Was sick overnight. Mum took me to vet. My bloods are ‘pretty much perfect’, I’m alert BUT I have a temperature of 40.8! So far I’ve not responded to paracetamol or antibiotic jab, so now I’m having antibiotics intravenously. Send me good vibes, pals!

Welcoming 9yr old RPD Patch to the P4P’s family 🐶 Patch served as a cash/drugs/weapons search dog, where he had a hugely successful career 🙌🏾 Unfortunately it was discovered he had cancer of the elbow&had to have his front leg amputated (but he is now cancer free) 🐾💙

Sadly lovely RPD Sheba passed away in August 😢 She was a brood bitch with 2 litters for the breeding programme in TVP before retiring in 2015. Sheba turned 14 in June, happily loving retired life. Our thoughts are with her owners who will miss her dearly, rest easy Sheba 🐾🌈
